- Some IR irradiating apparatus is imported and exported by the agency members, therefore, L7 with a further clause for La for import and Lb for export is required for it.
- Similarly, for radioactive material, import and export required 8a and 8b license. And for local shipping or moving, it required L6A, L6 or R1 license.
- N2 license is for non-ionizing radiation irradiating apparatus. It is only for companies. The lasers like Class 3b or Class 4 needs N3 NEA license.
Corp & Individual Licenses:
Now there are various online platforms for radiation of licenses. In Singapore, there is a body under the supervision of government called RPA (Radiation Protection Act), provides an online portal through which people can conveniently register and get a license for the radiation.
